If you meet the following error, please refer to the following steps to check.
Step 1. Log in Pandacenter, please check whether you activate the scanner on your account,and check the server region where the activated scanner is located.
These two needs to match the Cloud webpage you opened.
If not,please activate the scanner in the corresponding server firstly.
Step 2. If these two match,please check whether the correct account and the correct server you login.
These two also needs to match the Cloud webpage you opened.
If not,please log in to the correct account on the correct server.
Step 3. If you have no idea what account and which server is for the scanner, please send the serial number to the support team and get back the correct account.
