Calibration failed

If you meet the following calibration error, please check as the following steps.

Step 1. Close the software. Check if the calibrator cable connected tightly. 

Step 2. Check if there is USB port in the “Device manager”. You can click “Win+X” to find this page.

If no, please reconnect the cable of the calibrator until USB port shows.

Step 2. If there is USB port, please update the Windows system cause there is always driver waiting for update. After finished, please try again.

Step 3. If you still cannot solve it, please contact the support team.
