Q: Why can’t the Lab receive case?
A: 1. Check whether the clinic and lab case-receiving account are in the same server region.
2. Check whether the lab’s account is registered as a Lab account.
3.Check whether the clinic successfully uploaded the data and selected the correct recipient when uploading the data.
In the Cloud,select the “Transmission” button,and here clinic can see all the cases they have successfully uploaded, along with the transmission organization.
Also,in the PandaCenter, clinic can also see all the cases they have successfully uploaded,and with the “RECEIVER”.
