Laboratory and clinic users can access the 'Communicate' feature in the 'Case' section, facilitating more convenient communication for both parties regarding order case.

Communication history records will be permanently retained, allowing both parties to review them at any time.

The ‘Order Comments’ provides commonly used communication tools:

• Screenshots
• Image uploads

• The simulation of the using occasion

• Export OBJ format.

Format conversion supports conversion to OBJ format, and labs can perform conversions as needed.

• Highs/Standard resolution 3D preview switch.

In 3D preview, added 'High-Definition Mode' and 'Standard Mode' toggle display. In High-Definition Mode, the model is clearer and more real, making it easier for users to view model data.
